By downloading and using The Weight Tracker, you agree to these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal tracking.
2. No Medical Advice (Disclaimer)
The Weight Tracker is a tracking utility, not a doctor. The BMI calculations and historical trends provided by the app are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or drastic fitness changes.
3. Data Responsibility
Because your data is stored 100% locally to protect your privacy, you are solely responsible for backing it up. If you lose your device, factory reset it, or delete the app without exporting your CSV file first, your data is gone. We cannot recover it.
4. Refund Policy
The Weight Tracker is a one-time purchase app. Because all transactions are processed entirely through the Google Play Store, all refunds and billing inquiries are handled directly by Google according to their standard refund policies. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot process direct refunds.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of The Weight Tracker are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
